Firefighter Injured Battling House Fire

MILWAUKEE - Fire crews were called to a house fire early Saturday morning located at 1309 West Clarke Street. It happened at 4:06 a.m. A firefighter was taken to Froedtert Hospital for a head injury suffered after falling on some ice. There's no word on the extent of his injuries. Police say the house was vacant. The fire caused $80,000 in structural damage. Police are still investigating a cause. There's no word if it's suspicious in nature.
