Local NewsRaw Video: Tragedy Strikes Again: Rahjeen Mitchell's Sister KilledBy Katie DeLong
MILWAUKEE - When 19-year-old Victoria Jackson was killed by a stray bullet this weekend, she became the second person in her family caught in the crossfire in a matter of months.
In June, her 12-year-old half-sister Rahjeen Mitchell was shot in the head as she stood outside her home.
Victoria prayed and hoped as Rahjeen made a miraculous recovery.
Now, the family is mourning Victoria.
"Two sisters, shot, three months apart. It don't make no sense. There's too many guns, too much killing," cried Lisa Thomas, Victoria's mother.

She says her daughter was a fun loving, good kid. Victoria had planned to get her cosmetology license and be a hair stylist.
Victoria was driving her car near the 5500 block of North Teutonia when a stray bullet went through the window and struck her. She lost control of her car and crashed into the median. Police do have a suspect in custody.
The crime scene is just five blocks from Rahjeen's home. Lisa says she'd moved her daughter away from the neighborhood and up to the north west side to escape violence.
Victoria will be laid to rest Saturday, Oct. 27. Visitation is at Serenity Funeral Home at 4217 W. Fond du Lac, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. A funeral will follow.
