Wis. Legislators Introduce Puppy Mill Bill

MADISON – An I-Team investigation into puppy mills is getting results in Madison. A bill introduced by both democrats and republicans would require dog breeders to register with the state. The bill also requires the state to set standards for people who breed and sell dogs. Right now, there are no regulations in Wisconsin. The I-Team exposed puppy mills mistreating and neglecting puppies back in May.
