State Assembly Introduces Puppy Mill Bill

MADISON – The I-Team is getting results. Earlier this year, the TODAY’S TMJ4 I-Team exposed the horrid conditions inside Wisconsin puppy mills. Now, the state assembly has introduced a bill that would crack down on the state’s largest puppy mills. The measure will be debated in the coming weeks.
