Roze Moss, left, and Alicia Owens, right Mothers Share Pain of Losing Children 5/15By Charles Benson & Melissa McCrady
MILWAUKEE - Alicia Owens' 4-year-old daughter, Jasmine, was gunned-down in a drive-by shooting while playing outside her Milwaukee home at 29th and Locust on Monday night.
Her grieving mother, Alicia Owens, plea for help: find the person who murdered her daughter.
Jasmine was nicknamed "Juicy" because she loved drinking juice.
"I can't even explain the pain I'm going through right now. I miss her so much, so much! I want to be with you so bad!" Alicia Owens, grieving mother, said.
Milwaukee Police say they're getting close to arresting Jasmine's killer. So far they haven't made any arrests.
"You can't hide for long because what's done in the dark shall come to light," Owens said.
"Who ever did this needs to be held accountable and bring yourself forward!" Alderman Michael McGee said.

Moss lost her daughter the same way. Thirteen-year-old Candace was killed last August by a stray bullet while playing outside her home near 39th and Custer.
Eight months later, Roze Moss can't believe it's happened again.
"I don't want any parent to go through what I went though in losing a child because it hurts," Moss told TODAY'S TMJ4 reporter Charles Benson.
When she heard that a 4-year-old had been killed in a drive by shooting Moss went to the scene to be with Jasmine's mom and to share a pain she hopes no other mother experiences. "All I could do was hug her and tell her I'm sorry," Moss said.
Moss listened to what Mayor Tom Barrett and Police Chief Nan Hegerty had to say about their new summer crime fighting plan.
Moss is skeptical. "If that's the case, it should have been happening already," Moss said. "It shouldn't take somebody else to lose a child. They said that when I lost my daughter, but nothing happened."
She wonders how many more children will die. "Nobody should have to go through losing a child. They were just innocent bystanders at their own homes."
Police caught the 17-year-old who killed Candace Moss. They are still looking for little Jasmine's killer.
