MILWAUKEE - The Web site heaven-or-hell.com allows men in the Milwaukee area to rate prostitutes. The site has almost 4,000 members who grade prostitutes in southeastern Wisconsin on their looks, attitude and sexual performance. Rachelle from Sheboygan is one of more than 50 women in the Milwaukee area reviewed on Heaven-Or-Hell. Besides her phone number and physical description, the review describes exactly what she will and won't do in bed. Heaven-Or-Hell leaves nothing to the imagination. One review reads, "We moved to the other room. We even talked some more, and then the magic happens." It continues, "I think I will be a repeat offender." Much of the review is too graphic to print. Another review talks about a prostitute who is also a mom. "She has recently had a child, and while there is some evidence of that, she has a lovely, shapely body." That reviewer gave her an "8" for looks. The administrator of the Web site claims to be based in Madison. Posting reviews like this is not illegal. But local police departments know about the Web site, and they've been using it to conduct sting operations. Heaven-Or-Hell is keeping a close eye on us, as well.
