Arrested Bay View Student Speaks Out

See Ful Coverage of the Brawl MILWAUKEE - Six of the students arrested Tuesday night at Bradley Tech High School were from Bay View High School. Bay View Junior Adrian Martinez spent the night in jail and got a $73 fine for disorderly conduct. In the video, you can see Martinez wearing the red shirt and long white sleeves. He admits he was in the middle of this mess but claims it was self defense. "I guess one dude try to swing at me and I ducked and he fell over, rolled down the benches." Martinez is a boxer and claims he doesn’t know why the other students wanted to jump him. He also told us he had never been in trouble before. "No, not for fighting!" Martinez says his parents are disappointed and he plans to be back in school Thursday. MPS says all students involved in the fight will be disciplined.
