Rock Stage Lineup Announced for Summerfest

MILWAUKEE – Summerfest officials announced the new sponsorship and lineup of headliners slated for the Zippo Rock Stage during Summerfest ’07.

Summerfest officials are excited to announce that Zippo will be the new title sponsor of the rock stage for 2007. Zippo Manufacturing Company is the maker of the windproof lighter and is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year. Zippo has produced more than 450 million lighters and other products in more than 140 countries worldwide.

Also new in 2007, 94.1 WJJO-FM, " Madison ’s Solid Rock" station, will join Zippo as an associate sponsor, along with existing sponsor, Miller Lite.

The stage will feature the following headlining performers:

11 pm Puddle of Mudd

June 29 10 pm Fuel

June 30 10 pm Lifehouse

July 1 10 pm TBA

July 2 10 pm Jackyl

July 3 8 pm Skillet

10 pm Finger Eleven

July 4 10 pm TBA

July 5 10 pm Sevendust

July 6 10 pm HELLYEAH!

July 7 10 pm Collective Soul

July 8 10 pm The Gufs

The headliner for July 1 and July 4 will be announced in the near future.
