1) A man robbed the Park Bank yesterday at 1:00 p.m. on 7540 W. Capitol. He said he had a bomb. He got away with undisclosed amount of cash. Suspect is a black male, dark complexion, 5’9’’, 180 pounds, short black hair. He was wearing wire aviator sunglasses, a green button down dress shirt, with matching green dress pants and black dress shoes. 2) A man robbed the Chase Bank yesterday at 3:27 p.m. on 3605 S. 27th St. The suspect is a black male, 5’11’’, 185 pounds, medium build, in his 20’s, short black hair, slight facial hair, white t-shirt, light color pants. 3) A man robbed the Lincoln State Bank Tuesday at 3:01 p.m. on 3131 S.13th Street. He got away with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect is described as Hispanic Male, in his 20’s 5’7’’ or 5’8’’. He has a slim build and short dark hair. 4) A man robbed the Associated Bank on 2650 Downer Wednesday at 10:18 a.m. Police don’t believe they are connected. All robbers implied they had a gun. They say this is an unusual spike in bank robberies this week, which also included Martin Fitzgerald robbing a bank on Appleton. He was arrested shortly after. Bank robberies are down this year. This year there have been 20 bank robberies compared to 25 last year at this time in the city of Milwaukee.
Homicides 1) A fight broke out at 1:30 a.m. in the 1900 block of North Bartlett. A white male in 20’s took out a knife and stabbed a 19-year-old male in the chest. He died at the scene. Police know who they’re looking for. The incident happened outside a duplex. 2) At 2:30 a.m. a witness called police saying someone drove a car into a tree on 1421 Atkinson Ave. When police arrived on scene, they found a 33-year old male dead. He was shot multiple times. No suspect description. Shootings 17-year-old Milwaukee male is in critical condition after being shot multiple times. It happened on 2401 West Michigan around 1:30 a.m. There was a car accident in the parking lot near The Rave. The drivers got into an argument. One of them pulled out a gun and started shooting. Police say the men knew each other. Police are looking for a green late model Chevy Monte Carlo. 21-year old male was shot in the leg on 45th and North around 11 p.m. No description of the suspect.hat same day at 12:50 p.m. outside of Walgreens, a 19-year-old was shot in the chest. First reports had him shot in the back. That man is now paralyzed and is in critical condition. Police are looking for a male, 18-22 years old, 5’8’’, 150 pounds. He had a silver revolver. Police say he took off on a bicycle. Also on 45th and North…a man with a silver revolver robbed a man mowing his lawn earlier in the day at 11:50 a.m. It happened in the 2200 block of N. 45th Street. The suspect got away with the man’s wallet. Police think all the 45th and North incidents may be connected.
