Man With HIV Charged With Sexually Assaulting Boy

MILWAUKEE - An HIV positive man is charged with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy even though the man knew he might infect the boy with the AIDS virus.
The boy, now 17, was recently diagnosed with AIDS and told investigators when 48-year-old Bryan Pyant sexually assaulted him, Pyant never told him he had HIV.
The criminal complaint says Pyant knew the boy could contract the HIV virus, but Pyant had unprotected sex anyway.
