Man from West Bend arrested for 10th OWI
WEST BEND - On Wednesday, March 20 just after 6 p.m., the West Bend Police Department arrested Keith Sukowski after he attempted to purchase alcohol and drive away from a gas station.
Sukowski, 53 of West Bend, was stopped by a citizen, and when police arrived, he was given a field sobriety test. Police found his BAC was .22 during the test. The legal limit is .08.
According to police, Sukowski has nine prior offenses for OWI, the first being in 1991. He is beinng held in the Washington County Jail on $5,000 bail.
