HARTFORD - Police think they caught the person responsible for vandalizing a church.
A vandal smashed stained glass windows at the First Baptist Church in Harford over the weekend.
Police say their suspect admitted to doing the damage, and to owning property found inside the church. They have not yet released the suspect’s name or possible motive.
