MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee Police made 15 arrests for city ordinance violations and one for disorderly conduct during St. Patrick's Day-related festivities on Sunday.

"Additionally, a 29-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for substantial battery after a fight that happened about 8:00 p.m. at a bar in 5200 block of W. Blue Mound Road," according to Sgt. Mark Stanmeyer with the Milwaukee Police Department. "A 31-year-old West Allis man sustained a broken nose during the fight."

In the Milwaukee area, 49 people were cited for OWI on Sunday by the OWI taskforce through the grant program provided by WisDOT to put more officers on the street during the holiday.
