RACINE - A man charged with inappropriately touching his eight-year-old neighbor has pleaded not guilty.

Robert Lambkin is out on bail and still living next door to the girl.

Her family sat in court, hoping for justice.

"My brother's angry because he can see (the suspect) in the window.  He's very angry about it," said Bill, the girl's uncle.

"Knowing that guy can look out the windows at them and my niece can't play outside...they loved playing outside.

Lambkin allegedly put his hands underneath the girl's shirt and between her legs.

Lambkin, 60, refused to answer any questions, but court records show he's still allowed to live next door to the girl, but he has been ordered to wear an electronic monitor and keep his shades drawn.

The girl and her family may be forced to move, even though, as Bill says, they're the victims.

Lambkin's next court date comes April 12.
