Report: Packers to let TE Crabtree test free agent waters

GREEN BAY - According to a published report, the Green Bay Packers will not give a tender offer to tight end Tom Crabtree, letting him become an unrestricted free agent.
The Journal Sentinel says the Packers may consider giving him a lower offer than the expected tender of $1.323 million.
