Two papal candidates have Wisconsin ties
VATICAN CITY - 115 Cardinals in the Vatican City have taken another round of balloting without choosing a new Pope.
Former Milwaukee Archbishop and current New York Cardinal Timothy Dolan is among the Cardinals who are picking the replacement for Pope-Emeritus Benedict XVI.

Cardinals took their second set of votes early Wednesday morning (Milwaukee time).
At 5:40 a.m. Wednesday, black smoke emerged from Sistine Chapel chimney (Rome is currently six hours ahead of central time in the U.S.)
Black smoke means a vote was taken and the Cardinals did not decide on a pope on the first try.
Oddsmakers and speculators have given both Dolan and Cardinal Raymond Burke, a former La Crosse Bishop, reasonable possibilities that they could be the first American Pope.
As of 5:00 a.m. CT Wednesday, Dolan's odds improved, while Burke's slightly lessened but remained within possibility.
If the Pope is chosen in a conclave, meaning a two-thirds majority vote of 77 Cardinals, white smoke will come from a chimney on the roof of the Sistine Chapel.
If there is no two-thirds majority, black smoke will come.
