Man attacks security guard at Milwaukee DMV
MILWAUKEE - Charges could be filed Tuesday against a man who allegedly was involved in a fight caught on camera at a Milwaukee DMV location.
Police tell us a man assaulted a mall security guard as he tried to escort him out of the DMV on N. Teutonia Ave.

Employees asked the man to leave when he refused to turn his music down.
The man body slammed the guard at one point while witnesses cheered.
We spoke with neighbors in the area about the incident.
"I think it's ridiculous. That makes no sense that people act like that at all," one woman told us after watching the video.
The man was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct.
A manager for the security company wouldn't comment on the incident.
The owner of the property where the DMV is located wouldn't talk on camera but tells TODAY'S TMJ4 this behavior is "relatively mild" compared to other cases.
