Areas of Wisconsin receive up to 10 inches of snow

SE WISCONSIN - The snowstorm that has impacted much of Wisconsin today is starting to wind down. According to Wisconsin Emergency Operations Center, the heaviest snow has been reported in western Wisconsin with some areas receiving 8-10 inches. Areas in southwest Wisconsin are reporting 3-6 inches.

"The National Weather Service anticipates the Winter Weather Warnings and Advisories will be canceled after the rush hour traffic," said the center. "Earlier today, there were numerous reports of slide offs and accidents. Roads are slippery and snow packed and travelers should anticipate slow commutes."

Trempealeau –10”
Arcadia – 8”
Osceola – 7”
LaCrosse – 6-7”
Thorp – 6”
Madison – 5-6”
Grant County – 5”
Juneau County – 4”
Milwaukee – 2-4”
Eau Claire – 2”
