Storm Team 4
Kenosha, Racine get set for biggest snowfall Tuesday
RACINE - Racine and Kenosha Counties have spent the last few days preparing for an impending snowstorm.
However, they are still working to get rid of the snow from the last storm.
Kenosha's Department of Public Works has been preparing equipment for Tuesday's snowfall.
They've made sure that staff is scheduled, and checked salt trucks.
Workers are finding major issues with the snow that's already fallen from previous storms.
Off of State Highway 20, drivers found huge snow mounds piling up.
If snow creeps onto area roads, it could cause major problems.
"Eventually, if you don't push it back all the time, then you're going to end up with cars on both sides and we can't get our equipment through," said plow truck operator Randy Neises.
