Sheriff Clarke receives threatening, racist message

MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke is investigating a threatening letter sent to his office.
According to Clarke, the message said "I wish... somebody would shoot you," along with other profane and racist comments.
The suspect has been convicted of making a phone threat in the past. A conviction on the threat, a misdemeanor, could lead to up to 90 days in jail for the suspect.
