West Allis man arrested for 12th OWI
WAUKESHA - A 50-year-old West Allis man has been arrested for the 12th time for operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
According to the Wisconsin State Police in Waukesha, a State Trooper pulled Kim F. Liebrecht over on 94 westbound south of Moorland after his vehicle looked like it had been involved in a crash. The trooper said the man appeared to be intoxicated, and during a field sobriety test he was found to be "impaired."
Liebrecht was arrested for OWI, his 12th offense.
