Storm Team 4
Winter Storm Watch issued for most of southeast Wisconsin beginning Tuesday afternoon
MILWAUKEE - The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for all counties in southeast Wisconsin except for Fond du Lac and Dodge Counties.
The advisory goes into effect Tuesday afternoon and continues through Wednesday morning.
There's a potential for over six inches of snow in some areas, though a watch doesn't necessarily mean we're in line for a huge winter storm. The heaviest snow from this storm will hit Kansas, Missouri and Illinois.
With this latest data, Storm Team 4 Meteorologist Michael Fish is bumping Sheboygan's snow forecast up to three to five inches. The same is expected in Milwaukee and south of the city.
To the north, models indicate two to four inches could fall.
