Officials investigate death of woman in New Holstein
NEW HOLSTEIN - Officials up in Calumet County are planning an autopsy for Monday on the body of a woman found outside a house in New Holstein.
They say the body of 18-year-old Monica Batts, who's from New Holstein, was found last Friday afternoon.
The homeowner says he doesn't know the victim, but he's coopering with the investigation.
Authorities say there are no visible signs of trauma and they think the body was outside for about six hours.
They believe the public isn't in any danger.
