State crime lab finds match in Waupaca cold case
WAUPACA, Wis. - An Oklahoma man's charged with a cold case out of Waupaca County.
Police resubmitted evidence that's 20 years old to the state crime lab for analysis in 2011 and reportedly found a match to Glendon Gouker.
Gouker was just 20 years old back in 1990 when he allegedly sexually assaulted a 20 year old woman in Iola, Wisconsin.
Gouker is also a suspect in a 1992 double murder. Twenty-three-year-old Tanna Togstad and 35-year-old Tim Mumbrue were stabbed to death.
Forty-one-year-old Glendon Gouker waived his right to a preliminary hearing Friday in Waupaca County.
The Post-Crescent reports an arraignment is scheduled for Feb. 27th.
