The top fish fries on the first Friday of Lent
MILWAUKEE - Churches and restaurants around the area expect more people than normal for their Friday fish fries.
Lent began on Wednesday, Feb. 13, and ends with Easter, falling this year at the end of March.
Fish fries are traditional in the Milwaukee-area year-round, but during Lent they are especially popular.
