Gen. Kosciuszko statue moved out of park
MILWAUKEE - A south side statue of General Kosciuszko is on the move Tuesday on what would have been the general's 267th birthday.
The statue is now headed to Ohio to be restored.
The monument called the Kozy by locals on Milwaukee's south side was commissioned by the Polish community in 1905 and has been in a park with the same name since.
