13 injured, some critically, in Clark County crash
NEILLSVILLE, Wis. (AP) -- Clark County sheriff's officials are investigating a three-car crash that sent 13 people to area hospitals.
The collision happened Sunday afternoon on Highway 10 when an eastbound vehicle lost control in slushy conditions. The vehicle sideswiped on oncoming vehicle and hit another nearly head-on. Seven people in the uncontrolled vehicle, five in the vehicle hit nearly head-on and one person in the sideswiped vehicle were transported to hospitals.
The sheriff's department says some victims are hospitalized in critical condition, but it does not have a specific number. Others were treated and released.
The victims were taken to hospitals in Osseo, Black River Falls and Marshfield.
