Beloit man arrested for November murder case
BELOIT, Wis. - A Chicago man's murder has apparently been solved, with the arrest of a man in Beloit, Wisconsin.
Beloit police served a warrant at a home in the 19-hundred block of Elmwood Avenue yesterday (sat) where officers say Tevon Marley was hiding when they walked in.
Marley was taken into custody without any further incident.
He was wanted for the November 4, 2012, homicide of Ricky Sims Jr. of Chicago in the 700 block of Merrill Street.
Sims was transported to the Beloit Hospital where he died during surgery.
