Car fire leads man to 4th OWI in Sun Prairie
SUN PRAIRIE, Wis. - Police were called to a car fire early Saturday where they discovered a driver who they believe was intoxicated.
This is now Gregory Ruff's fourth offense of operating while intoxicated.
The 49 year old sustained minor injuries in the car fire, in the 13-hundred block of Sunfield Street.
Sun Prairie firefighters put out the flames, and it's unclear at this point, what started the fire.
