Storm Team 4
Some snow today; big warmup on the way
MILWAUKEE - An Alberta Clipper is sweeping through our region this morning, but with an absence of moisture there won't be any significant snow fall.
Most locations will encounter less than an inch, but with timing during the morning commute, there could be some slick spots.
A brief reinforcing blast of colder air returns after today's also brief warm up.
That cold air is associated with high pressure which brings us plenty of sunshine to start the weekend.
The next storm system approaches from the Southwest at the beginning of next week with a mix of precipitation and a huge warm up.
