Most of us will see 1-2" by Friday morrning and it will still be snowing on Friday morning. Overnight lows will be in mid-teens for our lakefront communities and Milwaukee temperatures, and low-teens for our inland areas and Waukesha temperatures.

The southeast Wisconsin, Waukesha and Milwaukee forecast for the rest of your Thursday could have a few lake effect snow showers or flurries for a few of our lakefront communities this afternoon.

A little, light accumulation is possible in those areas, but the main batch of snow moves in overnight tonight into Friday. Our highs today will top out in the upper-teens. Tonight looks okay for most of us through the evening. Overnight, the main batch of snow rolls into the area.

Snow will continue on Friday morning. This could cause a few problems for your morning commute. another inch or less will fall through the morning until this tapers off. This brings the total accumulation out of this around 2-3" for most of us, though 1-2" further to the southwest. This snow will be light, fluffy and easy to move around. Highs Friday will top out in the upper-20's.

Saturday will be mostly sunny and quiet with highs in the mid-20's. | Sunday, we'll see a chance of light snow with highs around 30. We should make it into the 40's by next Tuesday with a chance of rain.
