Even though the wind chill advisory has expired, temperatures are still cold enough to turn this water balloon into a ball of ice. Even an hour outside in this arctic air is enough to leave behind a shell of summer.
While we're not shattering any records, it's not a day you want to be caught outside for an extended period of time.
