Madison Fraternity Under Investigation

MADISON - A fraternity at UW-Madison is under investigation for performing a disturbing hazing ritual on recruits.

A student from a different fraternity claims he saw Sigma Phi Epsilon members pouring buckets of urine, vomit and feces on three fellow frat members.

School officials are investigating.

The president of the fraternity is apologizing and says it will not happen again.
