Woman upset over homeless mess on Milwaukee's southside
There is a problem growing on Milwaukee's southside - over the homeless.
A woman who lives near St. Vincent de Paul says the homeless have no place to use the restroom and are going in public, including on her property and the alley behind her home.
"[I'm] very frustrated. It's a mess," said the woman, who did not want to be identified. "It smells, and I really don't want to clean it up because it's really disgusting. It's a hazmat."
City Alderman Jose Perez says they have increased police patrols, but the problem is catching someone in the act.
