MILWAUKEE - The forecast for Milwaukee, Waukesha and SE Wisconsin is for a sunny, but cold day with highs in the lower 20s and wind chills in the single digits.
Tonight will be cold with low sin the single digits west of Waukesha and near 10 along the lake with a few clouds and wind chills as cold as -5.
A southwest wind at 10-15 mph will warm temperatures back into the upper 20s (normal) for Tuesday with wind chills near 10 all day and plenty of sunshine.
Tuesday night will be warmer with lows in the teens, but winds will increase to 20 mph and that will keep wind chills near 0.
Wednesday will be very windy with gusts over 30 mph, highs in the mid 30s and increasing clouds with a few flurries possible.
A cold front Wednesday night will drop temperatures to near 20 for highs on Thursday and wind chill sin the single digits.
Friday and Saturday warm back up into the mid 30s with a light snow Saturday afternoon with a cold front that will bring the coldest temperatures of the season so far.
Sunday will only have highs in the teens and early next week will have highs struggling to get out of the single digits with lows at or below zero.
