Toilet valve crook hits UWM campus
MILWAUKEE - A strange crime is showing up on the UWM campus. Someone is stealing flushing valves from toilets. Several buildings have been targeted. We first told you about similar thefts last month. A thief targeted fast food business in several suburbs. The valves are hundreds of dollars a piece.
