Hundreds attend vigil for Nick Wilcox
MILWAUKEE - Hundreds join Nick Wilcox's family for a vigil and a walk of hope -- something they haven't given up yet.
Step by step, a crowd followed as Nick Wilcox's family walked the streets of downtown Milwaukee. The started at the Irish Rec Room where nick was last seen, to Rusty's several blocks away.
Andrea Wilcox, sister: "It's amazing. It helps keep the hope alive."
And it's been a roller coaster couple of days, with two reports of bodies found, neither of them Nick.
Nick Wilcox, father: "I still think he's going to give me a call and say 'Hey dad, here I am.' I do."
The family says faith is a big part of what's helping them get through this. They prayed with the hundreds of people who showed up for support. A heartache that's hit an entire city, coming together to help one family find closure.
Andrea Wilcox, sister: "I think at this point there's always going to be hope until we find answers."
The family is planning another extensive search, Saturday morning at 8:00, starting at the Irish Rec Room. They hope you'll come down and help.
