Raw Video: Administrator Killed In Crash

OCONOMOWOC - Jennifer Bukosky, 39, the associate principal of Oconomowoc High School was killed in a two vehicle accident in Oconomowoc Friday afternoon.

Two children in the car with her were in critical condition at Children's Hospital in Wauwatosa following the crash. One of those children, Bukosky's daughter, Courtney Bella later died. A third child was treated and released from Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital.

The crash happened on Highway 67 at Pabst Road, just north of I-94.

Police said Bukosky's Honda Accord was stopped for a red light that had just turned green. A Cadillac Escalade smashed into the back of the Honda.

Witnesses told police that speed may have been a factor in the accident.

The 56-year-old driver of the Escalade was treated at the hospital and then taken to the Waukesha County Jail. The Town of Summit resident will be referred to the district attorney's office for charges.

TODAY'S TMJ4's Ty Milburn was on the scene. Ty said Bukosky's car was so badly crushed, it was unrecognizable.

Ty said ambulances were leaving the scene when he arrived, and officials were attempting to reconstruct the accident.

The Medical Examiner's van was also on the scene.

Bukosky was a popular administrator Oconomowoc High School. Before that she was an English teacher.

Student Alex Pade said she helped him with his writing. Pade said the students loved her. "She cared a lot about us and her kids. She talked a lot about her kids," Pade said.
