The case is moving forward Video by tmj4.comvideo
MILWAUKEE - A Milwaukee County judge has ruled there is enough evidence against a shooting suspect to proceed to trial.
Deangelo Williams, 16, is charged with two felonies in connection with a deadly shooting at Harmony Food Store near 38th and Locust earlier this year.
According to the criminal complaint, Williams shot a gun at the door of the store, hitting Dalbir Singh who was inside.
Singh died at the scene.
The victim was a member of the Sikh Temple of Wisconsin in Oak Creek, the site of a mass shooting that left 7 people dead in August, however the attempted robbery is unrelated.
Williams will be back in court in February when his attorneys will argue the case should be tried in juvenile court.
