Missing man found safe in Racine County

KENOSHA - The Kenosha Police Department says that a missing person who had previously gone missing from a location in Kenosha has been found safe.
Police initially said that someone last saw Santiago Bernal, 67, on Monday leaving the Dayton Hotel.
According to police, he left the hotel to go on a walk and never came back.
Police believe he has medical issues.
A later update Tuesday morning from police said that someone found him safe in Racine.
