MILWAUKEE - Parents already geared up to get some great deals on gifts for their kids have been waiting in line.
Dora Thomas was one of the first shoppers outside the Toys R Us on Milwaukee's south side.
"They've been out here since 1:00, we've been out here since about 2:30 and for a long time there were only like 7 of us."
That changed in a hurry, with the line forming around the building.
"We have a strategy planned," says shopper Rebecca Day. "She's going for something, I'm going for something and hopefully we can get out of here and I can get in bed."
When the clock struck 8 PM, in they went, grabbing a cart and going for just about everything.
Black Friday shopping is underway.
