Racine man flies flag upside down
RACINE - A man in Racine is stirring up controversy, flying an American flag upside down outside his home at 939 Marquette Street.
Dennis Motley says he's upset by the results of the presidential election and vows to leave the flag where it is indefinitely.
Motley claims hanging the flag upside down is an international sign of distress.
He describes himself as a conservative-libertarian and says he voted for Republican Mitt Romney in the November 6th election.
