BROWN DEER - The Brown Deer Police Department is for the first time releasing squad car video of a controversial incident last year.
The footage shows what happened when Radcliffe Haughton became entangled in a standoff with officers. A report states the incident lasted about 90 minutes and at one point Haughton pointed a long object out the window.
Despite the tumult, Haughton as never arrested.
The response by authorities was just one of many appearances at Haughton's home in recent years following reports of domestic violence.
Haughton went on to kill his wife, Zina, and two other women at a spa in Brookfield last month.
He turned the gun on himself.
