GE hosting recruiting event Thursday for veterans in Waukesha
WAUKESHA- GE Healthcare is hosting an event on Thursday to attract and hire more veterans.
GE is inviting military personnel and veterans to attend an event at one of their facilities, 3000 N. Grandview Blvd, Waukesha from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The event will feature Wisconsin Veteran Work Project Program director, Jason Lowman's speech from 11:30 a.m.- 11:45 a.m; more veteran guest speakers starting at 11:45 a.m.
The company says in a press release they intend on hiring 5,000 veterans over the next five years.
