Rodgers wins NFC offensive player of month award for October

GREEN BAY - The quarterback of the Green Bay Packers can add another honor to his long list of accomplishments.
An NFL PR spokesman said Thursday that Aaron Rodgers has been named the NFC offensive player of the month for October.
During the month, Rodgers completed 96 of 141 passes for 1,091 yards, 14 touchdown passes and just one interception.
The Packers went 3-1 in that stretch.
Rodgers is the defending National Football League MVP.
