Preliminary hearing set for mother and boyfriend in 5 year old's death

MILWAUKEE - The mother of a five-year-old boy who nurses say had 20 bruises on his body when he died, appeared in Milwaukee county court Saturday, with the boyfriend who months ago, had been ordered to have no contact with her.
Twenty-year-old Alyssa Marie Banda and 23 year old Marcos Colin both face felony charges in connection with Jayden Banda's death.
The boy was taken to St. Francis hospital October 18th where he died a few days later.
Banda and Colin are due back in court November 5th for a preliminary hearing.
