WAUWATOSA, Wis. - Following a major shakeup in personnel at the Mental Health Complex, it's unclear whether anyone was held responsible in the death of a 25 year old man.

Brandon Johnson's family tells Today's TMJ4's Todd Hicks that they still don't know what caused his death.

Johnson died under suspicious circumstances while at the county mental health complex.

Friday night, Milwaukee county executive Chris Abele announced a physician had resigned, the director of nursing was demoted and two others retired.

"Even though people may have been disciplined, we stilll want to know how those things occurred," said Jonathan Safran, the family's attorney.

Safran says in addition to the death of Johnson, another act of violence took place at the complex last Saturday when patient Tori Hutchins allegedly punched another patient, fracturing his wrist and arm.
