MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee police are investigating two shootings within blocks of each other.
The first was a deadly shooting in the parking lot of a north side gas station. A person was shot just before midnight Friday at the GPC Quik Mart near Fond du Lac and Locust. No word yet from police about the victim or any suspects.
And just blocks from that shooting and shortly after, police responded to several reports of shots fired along Center Avenue. Police haven't said if the incidents are connected.
