1 dead, 2 others shot in separate shootings on Milwaukee's north side
MILWAUKEE- One person is dead and two other people were shot in two separate shootings within 10 minutes of each other on the city's north side Friday evening.
Milwaukee police say an 18-year-old man was shot multiple times and killed during a robbery near N. 27th St. and W. Burleigh Ave around 5:15 p.m Friday. Police say the robbery victim was shot, but is expected to survive. Police say they are multiple witnesses to this incident, but haven't released any other details.
In a separate shooting around 5:05 p.m., a suspect fired multiple shots at a 25-year-old man's car, striking the man. The victim has been hospitalized.
Both shootings are under investigation.
