MILWAUKEE - After many of us picked almost an inch of some much needed rain in southeast Wisconsin Saturday, we're in for an even soggier Sunday.  Showers will be more frequent throughout the day with moderate to heavy rain even possible late morning and into the early afternoon hours.  A few thunderstorms are possible, but they will not be severe. 

Temperatures will be warmest in the morning, in the low 60s and will fall into the low 50s by 5pm as cold air works in behind this area of low pressure responsible for the rain.  Winds will be stronger in the afternoon with gusts over 25mph possible.

We could get an additional one to nearly two inches of rain by the time the showers exit by 10pm this evening.  We do need the rain and because we are still in a drought, the rivers and ground can handle this much rain but some local street flooding is possible, especially if leaves clog up the storm drains.  Overnight lows will be seasonable, in the low 40s with some clearing by Monday morning.

Cloud cover continues to decrease on Monday and we'll see sunshine by the afternoon with highs in the upper 50s. 

Tuesday will warm back up into the 60s with a stronger wind from the south and increasing clouds.  A few rain showers are possible by Tuesday night and into Wednesday.  Spotty showers stay in the forecast for Thursday as highs dip back down into the 50s for the rest of the week.
